I offer Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Coaching services. All three together can be most effective, Counselling to look at your past, Coaching to look towards your future and Hypnotherapy to deal with the present issues that present themselves.

There is no question about it Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Coaching can all be therapeutic and can help you feel happier, healthier and less stressed, improving both your physical and mental wellbeing. We are all on different journeys in life at different times so clients need different approaches at different times, depending on their personal issues and goals.

Counselling helps you to understand why and how you think, feel and behave a certain way, and allows you to look at your past for answers or explanations. It’s the best approach for releasing thoughts and feelings in a safe way, to someone like my-self who can actively listen to you without judgement. It’s suitable for those who have worrying thoughts or anxieties that they would like to share open and honestly.




Coaching is Goal orientated and focuses on taking action and looking towards your future, regardless of your past or what you have been through. It helps you to establish what and why you want to achieve in life and most importantly how you are going to do it?  Coaching can give you clarity and direction to move forward but it relies on the insistence of you as a client achieving your goals. From career changes to relationship choices, being accountable to a Coach can help you to increase your motivation & productivity and overcome procrastination and excuses.





Its tough love being a parent sometimes, that's why it’s a good idea to seek professional, unbiased help and advice from a Therapist or Parenting Coach when issues arise. Parent Coaching not only helps parents to become more Present, Proactive and Confident but by implementing my successfully tried and tested- 'U URSELF Routine' into your young child’s life, you can also help your child too.  Children can benefit hugely from Therapy or Coaching, helping them to deal effectivley with  problems and the pressures and expectations of school life, teachers, parents & peers. Having worked closely with parents and children for the last fourteen years, I understand the challenges that children face daily and offer an environment where  they can  safely explore their thoughts and feelings, and build on their self- confidence, self- image and self -esteem.
